All products delivered with visible manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of delivery. 

All products delivered with hidden manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt of delivery. 

If no complaints have been made within this period, the customer is deemed to have approved and accepted the delivery.

Giacomo Moda SPRL only accepts items that have not been worn or washed. The official label of Amélie & Amélie is still attached. 

The customer can only return faulty products when Giacomo Moda SPRL approves the return. 

To return faulty product(s) you can do an online demand through 'My account' -  'My orders'. 

When the return is accepted the customer receives an email with the RMA number (Return merchandise authorization). The cost to return faulty product(s) is at cost of the customer.
